RES-1989-030 RESOLUTION NO. 89R- 30
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING VARIANCE
NO. 3482.
WHEREAS, the City Council did, by the adoption of
Resolution No. 8SR-363, grant Variance No. 3482; and
WHEREAS, the owner has requested termination of that
variance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No.
85R-363 be and it is hereby rescinded, thereby terminating
Variance No. 3482.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 7th day of February, 1989.
