A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS,
EASEMENTS AND/OR FACILITIES HERETOFORE
IRREVOCABLY OFFERED FOR DEDICATION.
WHEREAS, the following public streets, easements and/or
facilities were heretofore irrevocably offered for dedicatin to
the City of Anaheim by document or documents recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder in the book and page of the
documents hereinafter set forth; to wit:
The Irrevocable Offer of Dedication shown on Parcel
Map 85-257 of Savi Ranch Parkway, Old Canal Road,
Pullman Street and Crystal Drive for street and public
utility purposes, storm drain system and
appurtenances, sanitary sewer system and
appurtenances, domestic water system and appurtenances
and a 15-foot wide easement for storm drain purposes
described as ail those portions of Lots 5, 4, D, E and
F of Tract 865, in the County of Orange as shown on a
Map thereof recorded in Book 28, page 18 of
Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the County
Recorder of Orange County and portions of the lands
allotted to Manuel Feliz and Nieves Lopez De Peralta,
in the Rancho Santiago De Santa Ana, recorded
September 12, 1868 in Book B, page 510 of Judgements
of the 17th Judicial District of Los Angeles County,
California, and also shown as a portion of the lands
included on the Map of Record of Survey No. 80-1141,
filed in Book 102, pages 25 to 28 inclusive of Records
of Survey, in the Office of the County Recorder of
said Orange County, California.
WHEREAS, said street and facilities have been installed
and completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to accept
said offer of dedication of Facilities for public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby accept Facilities on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14~ay of Pebruary ,
1989.
