AMENOING RESOLUTION NO. 88R-265 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSiFiCATiONS OES;GNATEO AS MIDDLE
~ANAGEMENT/SUPERV!SORY
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated February ?. 1989. 'that the classification of
Envi?,~menta! Services Manager be created, effective February
!989,
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, t'he need exists to amend
Resolution No. 88R-265 which established rates of compensation for
c],assi~cations designated as Middle Management/Supervisory; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that creating ~he classification of Environmental Services Manager
4s i~ the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci~ of the
City' of Anaheim as follows:
That, Section 2 of Resolution No_ $8R-265 be amended by
adding the following classification:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said
amendment to Resolution No.. 88R-265 is February 3, ~989.
AND. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 88R-265 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
