A RESOLUTION OF THE C;TY COUNCIL OF THE C;TY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 88R-255 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF'
COMPENSATION FOR CL.ASS[FICATIONS DESiGNATEO AS
PROFESSIONAL AND 'TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated February ?, 1989, that: the classification of
Environmental Services Specialist be created, effective February
q989; and
WHEREAS, as a result: thereof, the ~need exists to amend
Resolution No. 88R-26§ which established rates of compensation for
clas~:S~icat'~ons designated as Professional and 'Technical
Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City o'f Anaheim does find
that c.r. eat'ing the classification of Environmental Services
Specialist is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE !'T RESOLVED by the City Council of the
~ri'.y' of Anaheim as follows:
That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 88R-266 be amended by
adding the following classification:

BE liT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said
amendment to Resolution No. 88R-266 is February 3, 1989.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 88R-266 shall remain in full force and effect.
