RESOLUTION NO. 2020- 017
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING IRREVOCABLE OFFERS OF
DEDICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND/OR
FACILITIES.
WHEREAS, certain interests in streets, public utility easements and other public
purposes were irrevocably offered to the City of Anaheim as a condition of map approval for Tract
Map No. 17811, as set forth more particularly in the tract map available for review in the Public
Works Department; and
WHEREAS, the foregoing irrevocable offer of dedication was made in the
Ownership Certificate of the subject tract map, and the City did not accept the irrevocable offer at
the time of final map approval; and
WHEREAS,all conditions precedent to the acceptance of said irrevocable offers of
dedication have been fully met or otherwise have occurred,and all public facilities included therein
have been inspected and determined to be acceptable by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS,it is desirable and in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to accept
said offer of dedication described herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the properties or interests therein
irrevocably offered and dedicated for streets,public utility easements and other public purposes as
listed in Tract Map No. 17811, as more specifically described in Exhibit"A,"attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference,be, and they are hereby, accepted by the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be,and she hereby is,authorized
and directed to cause this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the
County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of February ,2020,by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Mayor Sidhu and Council Members Faessel, Barnes,
Brandman, Moreno, Kring, and O'Neil
NOES: None

The certain irrevocable offer of dedication of an easement for road,public utility and other
public purposes: Adele Street, Cypress Street and Lots C, D, E, F and G. Also accepting Lot A
(Avelina Way) and Lot B (Bellrose Way) as an easement for public utility, other public
purposes, and emergency purposes including ingress and egress rights for maintenance purposes,
all as shown on Tract Map 17811 and which has been offered to the City for public purposes in
the Ownership Certificate of the Tract Map referenced below, and authorize the City Clerk to
cause said Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Orange County Recorder
Tract Map No. 17811, Instrument No. 20160287762,recorded in Book 954, Pages 33-37
inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps on file in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
