A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND SOUTHERN
PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY IN CONNECTION
WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF A CONCRETE BOX
STORM DRAIN
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim (the "City") has determined
the necessity to construct a concrete box storm drain, a portion
of which will be built under Southern Pacific Transportation
Company ("SPTC") railroad tracks in the City; and
WHEREAS, SPTC requires such construction on its property
to be subject ro certain terms and conditions; and

WHEREAS, SPTC has submitted to the City an agreement, the
terms of which have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
determined to be satisfactory to the City.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that-
1. The agreement dated February 10, 1989 between the
City and SPTC be, and the same is hereby, approved; and
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby s. uthorized to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 7th day of March, !989.
