RES-1989-084 RESOLUTION NO. 89~84
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM REVISING THE PARKING
FEES AT ANAHEIM STADIUM
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore established, and
from time to time, amended the parking fees at Anaheim Stadium; and
WHEREAS, said parking fees are currently established at
Three Dollars ($3.00) for vehicles less than twenty feet in length
and Six Dollars ($6.00) for vehicles twenty feet or more in
length, except as otherwise provided by contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to increase said fees
in the manner hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that, effective immediately, the fees for parking
on the lots at Anaheim Stadium shall be Four Dollars ($4.00) for
vehicles less than twenty feet in length and Eight Dollars ($8.00)
for vehicles twent7 feet or more in length, except where such
parking fees have been otherwise established pursuant to agreement
between the City and the event exhibitor or promoter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall
supersede all previous resolutions and actions of the City Council
~nconsistent with the provisions hereof.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this21st day of March, 1989.
