A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF
TRUSTS AND CONSENT TO THEIR RECORDATION ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, Section 27281 of the Government Code requires
certain deeds or grants to be accepted by public entities prior to
recordation; and
WHEREAS, a deed of trust wherein the City is a
beneficiary has been determined to be a deed or grant for purposes
of Section 27281; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is frequently the
beneficiary of deeds of trust to secure the City's rights in the
conduct of various housing programs.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of the
Community Development Department be, and she is hereby, authorized
to accept and consent to the recordation of deeds of trusts which
arise from the operations of the Community Development Department
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of April, 1989.
