A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 88R-115 PERTAINING TO RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR UNREPRESENTED PART-TIME JOB CLASSIFICATIONS.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated April 4, 1989 that the rates of compensation for selected part-time job
classifications be adjusted; and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 88R-115 pertaining to
rates of compensation for unrepresented part-time job classifications; and
%'~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that establishing
new rates of compensation for such job classes is in the best interests of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
as follows:
1. That Section 1 of Resolution No. 88R-115 be, and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 1.
The basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of
Anaheim who are now employed, or will in the future be employed in any of the
job classifications listed below, shall be allocated to salary schedules in
the Salary Schedule Master effective April 14, 1989:

2. That Sections 2, 3, and 4 'be, and the same are hereby, deleted.
3. That Section 5 of Resolution No. 88R-115 be, and the same is hereby,
amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 5.
Classifications listed in this section may be paid at any salary rate within
the range.

8.00 - 50.00"
4. That except as amended herein, Resolution No. 88R-115 shall remain in
full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
