RES-1989-125RESOLUTION NO. 89R-125 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS HERETOFORE ADOPTED PURSUANT TO SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 88-2. WHEREAS, pursuant to the procedures set forth in Chapter 18.93 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has heretofore adopted its Resolution No. 88R-396 approving Zoning and Development Standards ("Standards") relating to Specific Plan No. 88-2; and WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has filed an application to amend said Zoning and Development Standards; and WHEREAS, the City Council did hold a public hearing upon said application, notice of which hearing was given in the manner required by law; and WHEREAS, the City Council, after due consideration of all evidence, testimony and reports offered at said public hearing desires to adopt the following amendments to the Zoning and Development Standards for Specific Plan No. 88-2. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the Zoning and Development Standards Relating to Specific Plan No. 88-2 as approved by Resolution No. 88R-396, be, and the same are hereby, amended by amending Subsection .090 of Section 18.72.020 of Chapter IV of Specific Plan No. 88-2, to read as follows: ".090 LOTS (A) (B) All references to lots within residential development areas shall be applied to buildable lots within residential development areas. In accordance with Section 17.08.620 and 17.08.620.030 and 17.08.630.020, open space lots shall have a minimum depth of 7 feet. (c) The term 'lot' shall mean' (1) A parcel of real property as shown on the effective date of this ordinance as a delineated parcel of land with a number on other designation on a plat recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County; or (2) A parcel of real property not delineated as in (1) above, and abutting at least one public street or alley, and held under separate ownership from adjacent property prior to the effective date of this ordinance; or, (5) A parcel of real property not delineated as in (1) above, and containing an area not less than the prescribed minimum square footage and lot with required for the zone xn which it is located, and abutting at least one public street or alley or located within Development Areas 101, 201, 202 or 205 and abuts one private street which has been identified on a tentative tract, vesting tentative tract and/or parcel map as a lettered lot to be used for street purposes, if the same was a portion o£ a larger piece of unsubdivided real property held under single ownership prior to the effective date of this ordinance." BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly amended herein, Resolution No. 88R-396 and Specific Plan No. 88-2 shall remain in full force and effect.
