A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS,
EASEMENTS AND/OR FACILITIES HERETOFORE
IRREVOCABLY OFFERED FOR DEDICATION.
WHEREAS, the following public streets, easements and/or
facilities were heretofore irrevocably offered for dedication to
the City of Anaheim by document or documents recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder in the book and page of the
documents hereinafter set forth; to wit:
Street improvements for street and public utility
purposes along Kaiser Boulevard, Old Springs road,
Chaparral Court and Monte Vista Road, Chaparral Court
and Monte Vista Road and vehicular access rights
except at street and/or alley openings to Monte Vista
Road and Santa Ana Canyon Road; storm drain system and
appurtenances; sanitary sewer improvements and
appurtenances; electrical improvements and
appurtenances and water supply improvements and
appurtenances per Parcel Map 84-233 recorded in Book
184, pages 10 and 11 of Parcel Maps, in the Office of
the County Recorder of Orange County.
WHEREAS, said street and facilities have been installed
and completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to accept
said offer of dedication of Facilities for public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby accept Facilities on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of the
is resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder
of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 25thday of April , 1989.
