A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 88R-264 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended
in a staff report dated April 18 1989 that the classification
of Assistant Executive Director Community Development be deleted
and the classifications of Development and Property Manager and
Housing Manager be created, effective April 14, 1989; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 88R-364 which established rates of compensation
for classifications designated as Administrative Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find that deleting the classification of Assistant Executive
Director Community Development and creating the classifications
of Development and Property Manager and Housing Manager is in
the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim as follows,
1. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 88R-264 be
amended by deleting the following classification:
Classification Salary Range
Assistant Executive Director
Community Development X SROQ
2. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 88R-264 be
amended by adding the following classifications:
Classification Salary Range_
Development and Property Manager X SROB
Housing Manager X SNO7
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said
amendment to Resolution No. 88R-264 is April 14, 1989'
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent
amended herein, Resolution No. 88R-264 shall remain in full
force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim is25:thday of April, 1989'
