RES-1989-142 RESOLUTION NO. 89R-142
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO 88R-265 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
MIDDLE MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISORY
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended
in a staff report dated April 18, 1989, that the classification
of Housing Program Manager be deleted and the classification of
Housing Rehabilitation Coordinator be created, effective April
14, 1989, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No_ 88R-265 which established rates of compensation
of classifications designated as Middle Management/Supervisory
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find that deleting the classification of Housing Program Manager
and creating the classification of Housing Rehabilitation
Coordinator is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim as follows:
1_ That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 88R-265 be
amended by deleting the following classification:
Classification Salary Range
Housing Program Manager X SR06
2. That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 88R-265 be
amended by adding the following classification:
Classification Salary Range
Housing Rehabilitation Coordinator X SR03
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said
amendment to Resolution No_ 88R-265 is April 14, 1989.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended
herein, Resolution No' 88R-265 shall remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this25thday of April, 1989'
