RES-1989-143 RESOLUTION NO 89R -143
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 88R -266 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended
in a staff report dated April 18, 1989, that the classification
of Senior Project Manager be created, effective April 14, 1989,
and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 88R -266 which established rates of compensation
for classifications designated as Professional and Technical
Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find that creating the classification of Senior Project Manager
is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim as follows:
That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 88R -266 be amended by
adding the following classification:
Classification Salary Range
Senior Project Manager X SRO7
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said
amendment to Resolution No. 88R -266 is April 14, 1989.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended
herein, Resolution No. 88R -266 shall remain in full force and
effect_
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this25thday of April, 1989_
