A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING RECLASSIFICATION
76-77-63 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 78R-27
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Reclassification No.
76-77-63 on January 10, 1978, by Resolution No. 78R-27; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
reclassification for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Reclassification No. 76-77-63 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. 78R-27 be declared null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of April ,
1989.
