A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING VARIANCE NO. 3647 AND
DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 87R-189 NULL AND
VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 3647 on
May 12, 1987, by Resolution No. 87R-189; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
variance for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 3647 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 87R-189 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of Apr±l, 1989.
