A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING A DESIGNATED SURVEY AREA
FOR THE PROPOSED PLAZA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
FOR STUDY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim (the
"City Council") approved and adopted Resolution No. 85R-386 on
September 10, 1985, which designated a survey area (the "Survey
Area") for the proposed Plaza Redevelopment Area for redevelopment
study purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the boundaries
of the Survey Area to enable the City Council and the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency to proceed with studies to determine the
feasibility of potential redevelopment activities within the
Amended Survey Area (as the term is hereinafter defined)
boundaries; and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that consideration of a
redevelopment project or projects within the said Amended Survey
Area is in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AS FOLLOWS:
1. An Amended Survey Area for the proposed Plaza
Redevelopment Project Area is hereby designated in accordance with
Section 35510 of the California Health and Safety Code as the area
shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit "A" (the "Amended
Survey Area") and incorporated herein by reference.
2. The City Council hereby finds that the designated
Amended Survey Area requires study to determine if a redevelopment
project or projects within said area are feasible.

The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
