A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2997 AND AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 88R-209.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
heretofore adopted Resolution No. 88R-209 approving Conditional
Use Permit No. 2997, subject to certain conditions specified
therein; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has now requested an amendment to
certain of said conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public
hearing on May 2, 1989, at which hearing the City Council did
receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary, relating
to said request; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines
that the amendment of said conditions of approval in the manner
hereinafter set forth is reasonably necessary to protect the
public peace, health, safety or general welfare, or necessary to
permit reasonable operation under said Conditional Use Permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim as follows:
1. That approval be granted for a 5-story, 60-unit motel.
2. That Condition No. 16 of City Council Resolution No.
88R-209 be amended to read:
That subject property shall be developed substantially in
accordance with plans and specification on file with the
City of Anaheim marked Revision No. 1 of Exhibit Nos. 1
through 5."
3. That new Condition No. 19 be added to City Council
Resolution No. 88R-209 "That prior to final building and zoning
inspections, the legal owner of subject property shall (a) Install
an "RPP" back flow preventer per City specifications, (b) Extend
the eight (8) inch water main in Beach Boulevard to subject
property and (c) Abandon the existing two (2) inch water main on
the east side of Beach Boulevard."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly amended
herein, Resolution No. 88R-209 shall remain in full force and
effect.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of May, 1989.
