A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 97R-224 NUNC PRO TUNC
WHEREAS, on November 18, 1997, the City Council of the
City of Anaheim adopted Resolution No 97R-224 approving amendment
to the conditions of approval of Conditional Use Permit No. 3253;
and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 37 of Resolution No. 97R-224
incorrectly reads as follows:
"37. The total area of restaurant uses shall not exceed
twenty six thousand forty (26,040) sq. ft. and shall
be limited to the following:
Juice Bar Fast Food Fast Food Restaurants Restaurants

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Condition No. 37 is hereby corrected and
amended in its entirety to read as follows:
