RESOLUTION NO. 98R-I04
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 98R-81 NUNC PRO TUNC
WHEREAS, on May 5, 1998, the City Council of the City
of Anaheim adopted Resolution No. 98R-8l approving Conditional
Use Permit No. 3966, subject to certain conditions specified
therein,
WHEREAS, Condition No. 31 of Resolution No. 98R-81
incorrectly reads as follows:
31. That prior to issuance of a building permit or
wi thin a period of sixty (60) days from the
date of this resolution, whichever occurs
first, the owner of subject property shall
submit a letter requesting termination of
Variance No. 2683 (waiver of permitted uses and
maximum access drive width to establish an
automotive diagnostic and service center) to
the Zoning Division.
WHEREAS, the wording "or within a period of sixty
(60) days from the date of this resolution, whichever occurs
first" should not have been included in this condition as
stated in the April 7, 1998 Staff Report to City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Condition No. 31 is hereby amended In
its entirety to read as follows:
31. That prior to issuance of a building permit the
