A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM VACATING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT,
LOCATED GENERALLY AT 1095 PULLMAN STREET
(Abandonment No. 2003-00081)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did, by Resolution
No. 2003R-191, duly adopted, declare its intention to vacate that certain public utility easement,
located generally at 1095 Pullman Street, Anaheim, California, pursuant to the Public Streets,
Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law; and
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing to consider said vacation was posted and
published in the manner prescribed by law; and
WHEREAS, on the 2ND day of December, 2003, a public hearing was held to allow
interested persons to submit evidence concerning said proposed vacation; and
WHEREAS, the abandonment approved does not convey right, title and interest in
the abandoned property to the property owner, which is conveyed by separate quitclaim deed
pursuant hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of that certain public utility easement located at 1095
Pullman Street, Anaheim, California, as described in an easement deed recorded on March 5, 1995
as Instrument 95-0091490 in the Office of the Recorder of Orange County, the legal description of
which is set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the vacation authorized by this Resolution shall
not be effective until a certified copy of this Resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
the County of Orange.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized
and directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of the County of Orange.

said portion of being strips of land 20.00 feet wide, the centerlines which are described as

COMMENCING at the southeasterly terminus of that certain course, having a bearing and distance
of North .32' 25' 21" West 546.85 feet, in the generally Northeasterly line of Parcel 1 of Lot Line

County, said terminus being the beginning of a tangent curve, concave Northeasterly, having a
