RES-1989-204 RESOLUTION NO. 89R-204
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS,
EASEMENTS AND/OR FACILITIES HERETOFORE
IRREVOCABLY OFFERED FOR DEDICATION.
WHEREAS, the following public streets, easements and/or
facilities were heretofore irrevocably offered for dedication to
the City of Anaheim by document or documents recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder in the book and page of the
documents hereinafter set forth; to wit:
Vehicular access rights to Santa Ana Canyon Road and Fairmont
Boulevard except at approved access points and the blanket
easement for vehicular access over Parcels I and 2 for Fire
Department and trash pickup vehicles and vehicular access for
maintenances purposes to the existing storm drain easement.
Also for Equestrian and HiKing Trail easements and an easement
for block wall purposes, as above are shown on said parcel
map. These are as described and shown on Parcel Map 85-264
filed in Book 207, pages 41 and 42, of Parcel Maps in the
office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California.

WHEREAS, said street and facilities have been installed
and completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to accept
said offer of dedication of Facilities for public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby accept Facilities on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
the County of O~ange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of June, 1989.
