A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE
LINCOLN AVENUE GRADE SEPARATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has undertaken the
construction of the Lincoln Avenue Grade Separation; and
WHEREAS, the State of California has agreed to fund a
major portion of the cost of the project; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby the State
of California will fund said portion of the cost; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim to enter said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. The terms and conditions of said agreement are hereby
accepted and approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of June
1989.
