RESOLUTION NO. 89R-210
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE SALE OF
CITY OF ANAHEIM 1989 TAX AND REVENUE ANTICIPATION NOTES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, California (the "City"), as
follows:
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution heretofore adopted by this Council, notice of
sale of the City's 1989 Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes (the "Notes") has been duly
given and bids for the purchase of the Notes have been received and publicly opened,
examined and declared and referred to this City Council:
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED, as follows:
Section 1. All written bids received for the purchase of the Notes excepting the
bid of FIZZST Tt4TgRSTA~g ]~At~: OF CAT.TF. , be, and they are hereby, rejected, and that
the Notes be, and they are hereby, sold to FIRST INTF. RS~A~F. ]~AN~C OF CAf. IF. , said
sale to be subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the official notice of sale
relating to the Notes.
Section 2. The City Clerk be, and is hereby, directed to cause the Notes to be
printed, signed, sealed and delivered to said bidders on receipt of the purchase price
therefor and upon performance of the conditions contained in the official notice of sale.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect upon its adoption by this City Council.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 6th day of June, 1989.

Anticipation Notes in the principal amount, maturing and bearing interest as follows:

This proposal is made subject to all the terms and conditions of the Official Notice

This proposal is subject to acceptance, in whole or in part, within twenty-six (26)
hours after the expiration of the time for the receipt of proposals, as specified in said
Official Notice of Sale.
There is enclosed herewith a certified or cashier's check for $100,000 payable to
the orcler of City Treasurer of the City of Anaheim.
We hereby request that 5-0 (not to exceed 50) printed copies of the Official
Statement pertaining to the Notes be furnished us in accordance with the terms of said
Official Notice of Sale.
