RES-1989-251RESOLUTION NO. 89R-251 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES TO BE CHARGED FOR LICENSING AND FOR CERTAIN LABOR, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES AT ANAHEIM STADIUM. WHEREAS, from time to time the City of Anaheim licenses portions of Anaheim Stadium and provides licensees with certain labor, equipment, and services in connection with such tenants' events and activities; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim desires to establish a rental rate schedule for said Stadium in conjunction with licensing of space and providing labor, equipment, and services in connection therewith. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that, except as provided by contract or otherwise specified, the rates to be charged for occupancy, labor, equipment and services at Anaheim Stadium are hereby established in accordance with the rates set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of the rental rates established herein is July 1, 1989.
