A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING THE GREEN FEES
AND CART RENTAL FEES TO BE CHARGED AT THE
H. G. "DAD" MILLER ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL GOLF
COURSE AND THE ANAHEIM HILLS GOLF COURSE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find and determine that the schedule of rates for golf and golf
cart rental at H. G. "Dad" Miller Anaheim Municipal Golf Course
and the Anaheim Hills Golf Course should be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the rates for use of golf carts at H. G.
"Dad" Miller Anaheim Municipal Golf Course and the Anaheim Hills
Golf Course be, and the same are hereby revised effective July 1,
1989 as £ollows:

$10.00/9-holes
$15.00/18-holes
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the rates for golf at the H.
G. "Dad" Miller Anaheim Municipal Golf Course and the Anaheim
Hills Golf Course be, and the same are hereby, revised effective
January 1, 1990, as follows:

Senior Citizens (sixty-two [62] and over), by
identification, weekdays only on a time-available
basis. Seniors One and 50/100 Dollars ($1.50) less
than 9-hole rate. Full-fee guests receive starting
time priority.

Local high schools and college . . . appropriate
fees, times, number, rules and regulations continue
to be set by letter of agreement between the Golf
Operations Manager and individual schools or school
districts, as availability allows.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except to the extent
amended herein, Resolution No. 88R-260 shall remain in full force
and effect until the effective date of the revised green fees
(January 1, 1990) on which date Resolution No. 88R-260 is hereby
rescinded and any other resolution in conflict herewith is
superseded by the provisions of this Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this20th day of Junef 1989.
