RES-1989-299RESOLUTION NO. 89R-299 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION 89R-281 WHICH ADOPTED THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE ANAHEIM POLICE ASSOCIATION WHEREAS, on June 27, 1989, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 89R-281, and through error Article 50, STAND BY, was Incorrectly stated; and WHEREAS, the ¢lty Council finds that it Is tn the best interest of the City of Anaheim to amend said Resolution No. 89R-281, nunc pro tunc, to correctly reflect Article 50, STAND BY. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 89R-281, is hereby amended nunc pro tunc to correctly reflect Article 50, STAND BY, of the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim Police Association. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Article 50, STAND BY, as corrected nunc pro tunc herein, is attached to this Resolution and incorporated by reference as though fully set forth. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended herein Resolution No. 89R-281, shall remain in full force and effect. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 18th day of July , 1989. CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ARTICLE 50 STAND BY 50.0 An employee assigned to standby duty for purposes of being on call to handle emergency sttuat~ons artslng at t~mes other than during normal working hours shall be guaranteed two (2) hours of pay at hls regular hourly rate of pay for each calendar day of such standby duty. 50.1 In the event, a Detecttve/Investlgator ls assigned on call to handle emergency sltuattons arlslng at times other than during normal worklng hours he shall be guaranteed two (2) hours of pay at hls regular hourly rate of pay for each complete calendar week of such on call duty. -$1-
