A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CUP NO. 316 AND DECLARING
RESOLUTION NO. 62R-1091 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted CUP No. 316 on
December 18, 1962, by Resolution No. 62R-1091; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
CUP No. 316 for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
CUP No. 316 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 62R-1091 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 18th day of July, 1989.
