A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNLIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AM~DING RESOLUTION NO. 88R-265 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS MIDDLE
MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISORY
WHEPoEAS, the Human Resources Director has recommende~ in a staff report
dated July 18, 1989, that the classification of Code Enforcement Supervisor be
created, effective July 21, 1989; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
88R-265 which established rates of compensation for classifications designated
as Middle Management/Supervisory; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
creating the classification of Code Enforcement Supervisor is in the best
interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 88R-265 be amended by adding the
following classification:
Classification
Salary Range
Code Enforcement Supervisor
XU SR04
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to
Resolution No. 88R-265 is July 21, 1989.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 88R-265 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FORGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim on this 25th day of July , 1989.
