A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CUP NO. 2738 AND DECLARING
RESOLUTION NOS. 86R-79 and 86R-305 NULL AND
VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted CUP No. 2738 on
February 25, 1986, and amended on July 1, 1986, by Resolution Nos.
86R-79 and 86R-305, respectively; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
CUP No. 2738 for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
CUP No. 2738 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution Nos. 86R-79 and 86R-305 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council o£ the City of Anaheim this 25th day of July~ 1989.
