A RESOLU'rION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM 'rERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 3960
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim heretofore received an
application for a zone variance ("Variance No. 5960") from the
Whirlpool Corporation, owner, and Greet and Company, agent,
relating to the proposed expansion of office area within an
existing industrial building; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Administrator heretofore approved
said Variance No. 3960 subject to certain conditions of approval;
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has filed an appeal to the City
Council from the decision of the Zoning Administrator; and
WHEREAS, the City Council scheduled a duly noticed public
hearing upon said appeal; and
WHEREAS, the applicant and City staff have determined
that said Variance application is not necessary; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has filed a written request with
the City Council that all proceedings in connection with Variance
No. 3960 be terminated.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with Variance
No. 3960 be, and the same are hereby, terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 25thday of July, 1989.
