RES-1989-338RESOLUTION NO. 89R- 338 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING A NEW FEE SCHEDULE FOR PERMITS AND SERVICES PURSUANT TO THE UNIFORM MECHANICAL CODE. WHEREAS, Section 15.50.304 of the Anaheim Municipal Code requires the payment of fees to the City of Anaheim for mechanical permits, in such amounts as determined and established by resolution of the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted resolutions establishing and, from time to time, amending said schedule of fees and service charges; and WHEREAS, schedules of fees set forth; and the City Council desires to further amend said and service charges in the manner hereinafter WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said increases at a public meeting notice of which has heretofore been given in the manner required by Section 54992 of the Government Code and at which meeting oral and written presentations were invited and considered concerning said fee and service charge increases; and WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds that the hereinafter specified fee and service charge increases do not exceed the estimated amount required to provide the service for which the fee or service charge is levied. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the following Fee Schedule be, and the same is hereby, adopted for the Uniform Mechanical Code.
