A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION FOR
MEMBERS OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore adopted an ordinance declaring the need for a
redevelopment agency to function in the community; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore adopted an
ordinance declaring itself to be the agency pursuant to Section
33200 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California;
WHEREAS, Section 33114 of
authorizes the legislative body to
members of the agency.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim as follows:
1. Each member of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
shall receive a payment of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00)
each meeting of the Agency attended by that member.

2. No member shall receive payment for attending more
than four meetings of the Agency during any calendar month
3. Members shall receive their actual and necessary
expenses incurred in the discharge of their duties in addition
