A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS,
EASEMENTS AND/OR FACILITIES HERETOFORE
IRREVOCABLY OFFERED FOR DEDICATION.
WHEREAS, the following public streets, easements and/or
facilities were heretofore irrevocably offered for dedication to
the City of Anaheim by document or documents recorded in the Office
of the County Recorder in the book and page of the documents
hereinafter set forth; to wit:
Public utility purposes for Hancock Street and Wesley
Drive; 15' easement for storm drain purposes; domestic
water distribution system; sanitary sewer system; storm
drain system; street lighting system; ingress and egress
easement and public utility easements, as described on
Parcel Map 86-580 filed in Book 222, page 51, of Parcel
Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange
County, California,
WHEREAS, said street and facilities have been installed
and completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
~}tEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to accept
said offer of dedication of facilities for public use.
NOW~ THEREFORE,
the City of Anaheim does

BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of

hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 26thday of January, 1988.
