A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 86R-008
WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
UNREPRESENTED PART-TIME JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
WITH FULL-TIME EOUIVALENTS.
~IHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim previously adopted
Resolution No. 86R-008 which established rates of compensation for certain
unrepresented part-time job classifications with full-time equivalents; and
WHEREAS, the City Council f~nds that it is in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim to amend Resolution No. 86R-008 to reflect an addition of
Section 2.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that effective April 1, 1988 Resolution No. 86R-008 is amended by
adding Section 2 thereto to read as follows:
Section 2.
The job classifications of Part-time Telephone Operator/Receptionist
and Part-time Security Guards shall receive the rate of one and one half times
their regular rate of pay when working during the followJng events at the
Convention Center or Stadium:
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
Major League Baseball World Series
American League Baseball Play-off Games
Major League Ali Star Games
National Football League Division Playoff Games
National Football League Conference Championship Games
National Football League Super Bowl
Rock Concerts
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended herein,
Resolution No. 86R-008 shall remain in full force and effect.
The Foregoing Resolution is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the C~ty of Anaheim tb~s 5th day of April , 1988.
