A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING THE PARK AND RECREATION IN
LIEU FEES FOR THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City Council
establishing a park and recreation
the City of Anaheim; and
has adopted an ordinance
land or in lieu fees formula for
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City Council to establish
by resolution the fees to be charged; and
WHEREAS, the following fees
and do not exceed the actual cost of
the City's parks; and
to be charged are reasonable
acquisition and development of
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines that
the average cost of park development is Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars
($65,000.00) per acre and the average cost of park land acquisition
is Three Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Uollars ($345,000.00) per acre.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the amount of fee to
be paid for the acquisition and development of residential property
for parks and recreational purposes shall be:
1. Single Family Unit $2,706.00
2. Condominium Family Unit $1,992.60
3. Multiple Family Unit $1,820.40
4. Mobile Home Family Unit $1,394.00
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this29th day of March, 1988.
