A RESOLUTION
OF ANAHEIM
UNDERSTANDING
THE ANAHEIM
GENERAL UNIT
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
APPROVING A LETTER OF
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND
MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, on December 15, 1987, Resolution No. 87R-510,
approving a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of
Anaheim and the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General
City Unit was adopted; and
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director met and conferred
with officials and employee representatives of the Anaheim
Municipal Employees Association, General City Unit, to discuss
specific concerns relative to amending Article 17, Salary
Re]ationships and Appendix "A", Wages of said Memorandum of
Understanding; and
WHEREAS, a Letter

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find that it is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to
approve said Letter of Understanding in the manner hereinafter
set forth,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Letter of Understanding dated
March 15, 1988, between the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim
Municipal Employees Association, General Unit, a copy of which
is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, is
hereby approved and said Memorandum of Understanding is hereby
amended in accordance with the terms of said Letter of
Uaderstanding.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 29th day
