A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING CONDITION NO. 10 OF
VARIANCE NO. 3709 AS SET FORTH IN RESOLUTION
NO. 87R-495, NUNC PRO TUNC.
WttEREAS,
adopt Resolution
December 8, 1987;
the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
No. 87R-495 granting Variance No. 3709 on
and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error,
Condition No. 10 of said Variance No. 5709 as set forth in
Resolution No. 87R-495 contained an error and did not correctly
reflect the action taken by the City Council with regard to such
matter; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct said error, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Condition No. 10 of Variance No. 3709 as set
forth in Resolution No. 87R-49S be, and the same is hereby
amended, nunc pro tunc, to read as follows:
"10. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of
Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 through 5."
