A RESOLU2iON OF TIiE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY
OF ANAItEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS,
EASEMENTS AND/OR FACILITIES HERETOFORE
IRREVOCABLY OFFERED FOR DEDICATION.
WIiEREAS, the following public streets, easements and/or
facilities were heretofore irrevocably offered for dedication to
the City of Anaheim by document or documents recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder in the book and page of the
docufaents hereinafter set forth; to wit:
Acceptance of that certain Irrevocable Offer of
Dedication including street improvements and street
lights over that portion of the south side of Ball
Road, west of Knott Street, as described in Deeds
recorded Ausust 16, 1985, as Documents #85-506984 and
#85-506985 of Official Records of Orange County,
California.
WHEREAS, said street and facilities have been installed
and completed to tim satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to accept
said offer of dedication of Facilities for public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby accept Facilities on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
BE 1I FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of March, 1988.
