A RESOLUTION OF THE CIIY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAttEIM AUTItORIZiNG THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL TO EXECUTE A QUIICLAIM DEED.
WHEREAS, in 1961, a conditional easement was granted to
the City of Anaheim for certain properties; and
and
WHEREAS, the condition required in the deed has failed;
WHEREAS, the owner of the property desires to secure a
clear title to its property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Council be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute a quitclaim deed to the conditional easement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of March, 1988.
