A RESOLUTION OF THE CIIY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
87R-444, NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on October 27, 1987, adopt
Resolution No. 87R-444 relating to the conditional use permit No.
2940 of portions of certain property within the City of Anaheim;
and
WtiEREAS, through inadvertance and clerical error, an
incomplete legal description of the property was stated in said
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires, and public interest
and general welfare requires, that said error be corrected, nunc
pro tunc.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution
No. 87R-444, be, and it is hereby, amended, nunc pro tunc, by
amending the legal description of that certain property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to
read as follows, to wit:
That portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 26,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West in the Rancho San Juan
Cajon Santa Ana, as shown on a map recorded in book
51, page(s) 10, of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of said County, described as
follows:
Parcel 1, as shown on a map filed in
of Parcel Maps, in the office of the
of said Orange County.

State of California, County of Orange, and is
described as follows:
That portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 26,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San

map recorded in book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California, described
as follows:
Parcel No. 1, Block B, as shown on a map filed in book
104, page 12 of Parcel Maps in the office of the
County Recorder of Orange County, California.
SECTION 2.
That, except as expressly amended herein, Resolution
No. 87R-444 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 23rd day of February, 1988.
