A RESOLUTION OF THE CItY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
87R-443, NUNC PRO TUNG.
WttEREAS, the City Council did on October 27, 1987, adopt
Resolution No. 87R-443 relating to the zoning reclassification of
portions of certain property within the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertance and clerical error, an
incomplete legal description of the property was stated in said
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires, and public interest
and general welfare requires, that said error be corrected, nunc
pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED that Resolution
No. 87R-443, be, and it is hereby, amended, nunc pro tunc, by
amending the legal description of that certain property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to
read as follows, to wit:
That portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 26,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West in the Rancho San Juan
Cajon Santa Ana, as shown on a map recorded in book
51, page(s) 10, of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of said County, described as
follows:
Parcel 1, as shown on a map filed in book 81, page 32
of Parcel Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said Orange County.
