A RESOLUTION OF THE CIIY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS,
EASEMENTS AND/OR FACILITIES HERE~OFORE
IRREVOCABLY OFFERED FOR DEDICATION.
WHEREAS, the following public streets, easements and/or
facilities were heretofore irrevocably offered for dedication to
the City of Anaheim by document or documents recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder irt the book and page of the
documents hereinafter set forth; to wit:
Acceptance of that certain irrevocable Offer of
Dedication over that portion of the north side of La
Jolla Street, east of Red Gum Street, as described in
Deed recorded October 12, 1984, as Document #84-423140
of Official Records of Orange County, California.

WHEREAS, said street and facilities have been installed
and completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to accept
said offer of dedication of Facilities for public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby accept Facilities on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTitER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
