A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE HUMAN RESOURCES
DIRECTOR TO ESTABLISH PART~TIME
CLASSIFICATIONS IN THE EXEMPT SERVICE THAT
HAVE FULL-TIME EQUIVALENT CLASSIFICATIONS.
WHEREAS, the t4uman Resources Director has recommended in
a staff report dated February 2, 1988, that the Human Resources
Director be authorized to create part-time classifications in the
exempt service that have full-time equivalent classification and
to set the salaries therefor; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find that such authorization is in the best interest of the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim as follows:
That, effective February 9, 1988, the Humau Resources
Director is authorized to establish part-time classifications in
the exempt service and salaries therefor, provided that such
classifications have existing full-time equivalents and provided
further that no hourly salary for such classifications shall
exceed hourly salaries for existing full-time equivalents.
