A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 87R-492,
NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on December 1, 1987, adopt
Resolution No. 87R-492 which did grant Variance No. 3706; and
WHEREAS, due to inadvertance and clerical error said
Resolution contains an erroneous reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 87R-492, be, and it is hereby,
amended by deleting subparagraph (b) of condition number one of
said Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of February,
