A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 3249 AND
DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 82R-70 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 3249 on
February 9, 1982, by Resolution No. 82R-70; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination o£ said
Variance for reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 3249 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 82R-70 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of February, 1988.
