A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. 81-82-11
AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 82R-69 NULL AND
VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Reclassification No.
81-82-11 on February 9, 1982, by Resolution No. 82R-69; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Reclassification for reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Reclassification No. 81-82-11 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. 82R-69 be declared null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of February, 1988.
