A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION
WITH VARIANCE NO. 2412 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO.
72R-442 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 2412 on
August 21, 1972, by Resolution No. 72R-442; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Variance No. 2412 for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 2412 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 72R-442 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of February, 1988.
