A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
2661 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 85R-158 NULL
AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
2661 on April 23, 1985, by Resolution No. 85R-158; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit 2661 be, and the same is hereby, terminated
and that Resolution No. 85R-158 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of February, 1988.
