^ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 886 AND DECLARING
RESOLUTION NO. 4323 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS,
January 14, 1958,
the City Council granted Variance No. 886 on
by Resolution No. 4323; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination o£ said
Variance for reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 886 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 4323 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of February,
